Ennismore Gardens — Knightsbridge Townhouse

A full refurbishment of a six-storey townhouse in one of London's most prestigious residential addresses. The programme was delivered across the entire building — a technically complex undertaking that required precise sequencing of structural, mechanical, and decorative trades throughout the full vertical extent of the property.

The interior design, by Rhahat Syed, centred on the restoration and contemporary reinterpretation of the property's original period features. The principal reception room's grand fireplace was retained as the focal point of the scheme, its architectural language informing the specification and material palette carried throughout each floor. Original cornicing, joinery profiles, and proportional detailing were carefully restored, whilst all finishes and installations were elevated to the standards expected of a prime Knightsbridge address.

A fully bespoke furniture package was designed and manufactured specifically for the project — each piece developed to complement the architectural character of its setting. The kitchen was commissioned entirely to order, integrating into the existing fabric of the building whilst meeting a contemporary brief for both form and performance. Throughout, the approach was consistent: a rigorous, bespoke specification at every level, delivering a townhouse that is wholly modern in function whilst remaining entirely faithful to the character of the place.
